McMurray PA. — Vivian R. Trageser, 75, passed away, Dec. 31, 2013. Trageser was born Dec. 2, 1938, in Bingham Canyon, to Juanita and Philip Ortega. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and was active in social justice work within her parish. Trageser is survived by son Philip Trageser; daughter Catherine (Rob) O’Neill; three grandchildren; brother Jimmy Valdez; four sisters: Mary Valdez, Christine Allen, Frances Ortega and Michaela Trujillo; and many nieces and nephews. Trageser was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers Lawrence, Nicholas and Louis Valdez, and Patrick Ortega and sisters Katherine Chavez, Angela Ortega and Anita Vigil. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Pennsylvania.
