MURRAY — Steven Louis Oliver "Stevie-Boy," died Jan. 6. Oliver was born Aug. 20, 1950, in Salt Lake City to Louis and Doris Oliver. He taught us unconditional love and left all who met him with the gift of an appreciation and a deeper understanding of those with Down Syndrome and other special needs. He made many friends while attending Columbus Community Center. Later he worked for a variety of employers, enjoying many years with the Coca-Cola Company in Salt Lake City. He was very friendly and had an outgoing nature. He had a great command of the Utah Transit Authority bus routes where he touched many lives. He enjoyed singing and dancing to country music. He loved Elvis, bowling, wrestling, fishing, and frequent hugs from his nieces and nephews. He is survived by his mother, Doris; sister, Connie (Mike) Richards; brother, Chuck (Robbyn) Oliver; sister, Patti (John) Haning; sister, Angie (Pete) Meredith; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Interment was in Larkin Sunset Gardens.
