HELPER — Sherrie Ann Uzelac, 69, passed away Jan. 14, 2014. Uzelac was born April 9, 1944 in Standardville, to Cecil Sox and Teresa Vea Uzelac. She worked as a radiology technologist specializing in mammography at the University Medical Center. She was a member of the Utah Society of Radiologic Technologists and received the Ketner Society Award in 1979. She was an active member of Saint Olaf and Saint Anthony parishes, where she was the church organist for many years. Uzelac is survived by her brother, C. Leon (Linda) Uzelac; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Uzelac was preceded in death by her parents. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Anthony Catholic Church.
