Diocese of Salt Lake City seminarians Jorge Martinez and David Trujillo spent much of their summer completing 400 hours of clinical pastoral education through the World Spiritual Health Organization. This is a mandatory requirement for graduation from seminary. For three months they practiced their pastoral ministry skills among the sick, lonely and elderly in Salt Lake City. Shown from left are Deacon Ricardo Arias, director of the Diocese of Salt Lake City Vocations Office; Father Lourduraj Gally Gregory and Deacon Otto Johansson, who both are certified chaplains; the two seminarians; and Chaplain Mark Allison, the training supervisor, who is president and founder of the World Spiritual Health Organization.
