Dillon Rasmussen, Troop 1966 in Sandy, achieved the rank of Eagle Scout at his Court of Honor, held on Jan. 28, at Blessed Sacrament Parish. Dillon is a Junior at Juan Diego Catholic High School. For his Eagle project, Dillon and his fellow troop members cleaned a section of canal in Draper between 11800 South and 12100 South just off 700 East, near Dillon’s home. Draper City donated a large dumpster and the boys filled it to the brim with old tires, shopping carts, water heaters, exercise bikes and smelly trash.
