SALT LAKE CITY — Sarah Monique McGrath Castillo, 27, died unexpectedly Jan. 24. Castillo was born Sept. 10, 1981, to Jim M. McGrath and Lora M. McGrath Duran in Salt Lake City. She is survived by her parents; husband, Jose Castillo; and daughter, Veronica Marlene Castillo; brothers, Justin and Isaac McGrath; and half brothers, Jimmy J., Phillip E., and Troy W. McGrath; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Ann Catholic Church.
