SALT LAKE CITY — Raymond H. Cook, 88, passed away, Aug. 6, 2012.

Cook was born April 24, 1924 to Charles Harold and Isabella Cook in Cheyenne, Wyo. He married Lena Cribari and they were together for 60 years. He served in the Navy aboard the USS Flint in the South Pacific. He was a member of Saint Ambrose Parish, and the Knights of Columbus.

Cook was preceded in death by brothers Kenneth and Harris, his wife and son Daniel.

He is survived by sister Dorothy Allen; sons Thomas (Susan), David (Heather); five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Ambrose Catholic Church.
