SALT LAKE CITY — Peggy Lunt Fratto, 61, died Nov. 15, of breast cancer. Fratto was born Jan. 24, 1947, in West Hartford, Conn., to Harry and Mary Dudis Lunt. She was raised in Cedar City. She married Joseph Fratto Aug. 18, 1973. She received her master’s degree from Utah State University and then worked for 38 years for Granite School District in special education. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Fratto; three daughters, Anne, Carolyn, and Lauren; brother-in-law, Robert (Alicea) Fratto; nephew, Robert (Kristen) Fratto; niece, Lisa (John) Buske. A funeral was held at Neil O’Donnel Mortuary. Interment was in Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
