Smart Stroke! Megan Stephanz and Mallory Leonard from Juan Diego CHS, were named First Team Academic All- State for swimming. The Big Game! Sydney Richards, a senior at Judge Memorial CHS, has been named to the 2012 McDonald’s All-American Game. New Cardinals! Archbishop Timothy M. Dolan of New York and Archbishop Edwin F. O’Brien of Baltimore were named cardinals by Pope Benedict XVI on Jan. 6. They will be officially elevated to the College of Cardinals on Feb. 18 in Rome. Student Slam! Sarah Eckstein, a senior at Judge Memorial CHS, participated in the Plan B’s Student Slam. Public Art! Anthony Fratto Oyler, a senior at Judge Memorial CHS, had his artwork abstract, "A Water Nanodroplet Skating on Ice?," chosen for Research Posters on the Hill 2012, to be held at the Utah State Capitol Rotunda.
