Effective November 8, 2007, Nancy Tosti and Deacon George Reade were appointed to the Diocesan Diaconate Council for a three-year term concluding Oct. 30, 2010.

Effective November 8, 2007, Clarisse Chapoose and Susan Chapoose were appointed to the Diocesan Native American Commission for a four-year term concluding June 30, 2011.

Effective November 8, 2007, Victor Perry was appointed to the Diocesan Disabilities Commission for a three-year term concluding June 30, 2010.

Effective December 3, 2007, Paula Green Johnson and Christopher Hill were appointed to the Board of Trustees of Catholic Community Services of Utah for a three-year term concluding December 31, 2010.

Effective January 1, 2008, Dr. Patrick Garcia was appointed to the Diocesan Review Board for the Protection of Children and Young People concluding December 31, 2012.

Effective January 1, 2008, Deacon Michael Bulson was appointed to the Diocesan Liturgical Committee for a two-year term concluding December 31, 2009.

Effective January 1, 2008, Reverend Francisco Pires, Juan Gabriel Rodrigues were appointed to the Diocesan Liturgical Music Committee for a two-year term concluding December 31, 2009.

Effective January 1, 2008, Reverend Javier Virgen was appointed to the Diocesan Liturgical Rites Committee for a two-year term concluding December 31, 2009.

Effective January 1, 2008, the following were re-appointed to the Diocesan Liturgical Arts Committee for a two-year term concluding December 31, 2009: Valerie Nagasawa, Theresa Nebeker, Scott Prior, and Michael Stransky.

Effective January 1, 2008, the following were re-appointed to the Diocesan Liturgical Music Committee for a two-year term concluding December 31, 2009: John Calfo, Judith Hendrickson, and Christopher Huntzinger.

Effective January 1, 2008, Deacon Dan Essary and Marcy Thaeler were re-appointed to the Diocesan Liturgical Rites Committee for a two-year term concluding December 31, 2009.

Effective January 2, 2008, Ada Chukwukeme was apppointed to the Diocesan Pastoral Council as an ethnic representative for a three-year term concluding June 30, 2010.
