SALT LAKE CITY — Julia Garcia, 93, passed away on July 18, 2012.

Garcia was born in Pawnee, Okla. to Guadalupe Martinez and Feliciana (Anquiano) Martinez. She lived on her own until she was 89 years old.

Garcia is survived by her brother Frank (Iris) Martinez; children Elaine (Stan) Fairbourn, Manny (DiAnne) Garcia, Lillian (Barry) Garcia McNatt; nine grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Garcia was preceded in death by her parents, sister Sara and brother Sabino Martinez.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Joseph Villa.
