Ten Salt Lake restaurants and four in Park City are participating in the 2011 Around the World in 7 days culinary event that will support refugee services in Utah.

From June 10 through June 17, the restaurants will feature dishes inspired by the cuisine of the countries from which the refugees come. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the dishes will go to support refugee services.

Participating restaurants in Salt Lake are Café Trio, 680 South 900 East; Les Madeleines, 216 East 500 South; Liberty Heights Fresh, 1290 South 1100 East; Oasis Café, 151 South 500 East; Pago, 878 South 900 East; Saffron Valley, 1098 W. South Jordan Parkway; Sage’s Café, 473 East 300 South; Squatters Pub Brewery, 147 W. Broadway; Tony Caputo’s Deli, 314 West 300 South; Vuz Restaurant, 12234 S. Draper Gate Drive.

Participating establishments in Park City are Good Karma, 1782 Prospector Drive; Park City Coffee Roaster, 638 Park Ave. in Kimball Art Center and 1680 W. Ute Blvd. in Kimball Junction; Silver, 508 Main St.; and Squatters Pub Brewery, 1900 Park Ave.
