SANDY — David E. Dedrickson, 55, died Oct. 18. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Parish. Dedrickson was born Feb. 9, 1952, in Litchfield, Minn., to Bernell and Arlyce Dedrickson. He enlisted in the Armed Services in 1972 and became a Green Beret. He attended the University of Dubuque where he met and married Dianne Knopp June 8, 1979. He worked for Delta Airlines where he had many close friends. He loved the outdoors, hunting, and golfing. He is survived by his wife, Dianne; daughter, Michelle; step-son, Nick (Amy) Martin, and their children, Riley and Lucas; his mother, Arlyce Dedrickson; sisters, Tracy and Libby. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Interment was in Linwood Cemetery, Dubuque, Iowa.
