Dine to Donate — Wednesday, Sept. 25, 5- 9 p.m. at the Village Inn, 4681 S. Redwood Road, Taylorsville. Hosted by the Knights of Columbus. A portion of your dinner purchase will be donated to Special Olympics to help athletes participate in events for an entire year.

Bishop’s Dinner 10th Anniversary — The Bishop’s Dinner supports the Cathedral of the Madeleine. This year it will be Sept. 26 at the The Grand America Hotel, 555 S. Main St., SLC. The guest speaker will be the Most Reverend George H. Niederauer, Archbishop emeritus of San Francisco and the eighth Bishop of Salt Lake City.
