Pro-life Mass — Saint James Knights of Columbus are sponsoring a Right to Life Mass, Saturday, Feb. 26 at 5 p.m. at Saint James Parish, 495 N. Harrison Blvd., Ogden.

Holy Land pilgrimage — Saint Rose of Lima Parish in Layton is planning a 10-day pilgrimage to the Holy Land Nov. 7, 2011. The cost for the trip is $3,395 including the round trip flight, most meals, Bethlehem, four days in Jerusalem, and more. Pilgrimage to Sicily and Italy — Oct. 17-28, with Msgr. Robert Servatius, pastor of Blessed Sacrament Parish, Sandy. The pilgrimage will visit many historical sites, cities and prominent landmarks. In Rome there will be an audience with the pope, tours of St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican museums, the Sistine Chapel and other major basilicas. St. Jude Maronite Catholic Church two-day celebration — Wednesday, Feb. 9, Vespers, at 6 p.m.; Sunday, Feb. 13, Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Jude Maronite Catholic Church, 4900 Wasatch Street, Murray. This celebration is for parishioners, friends and neighbors in honor of the Jubilee Year of 1600 years of St. Maron. Our guest celebrant is Father Abdalla Zaidan from our co-Cathedral, Our Lady of Mt. Lebanon in Los Angeles, Calif. He will share a message about the synod he attended in Rome with Bishop Robert Shaheen this past year. Following the evening prayer, all are invited to a light reception in the Parish Hall. Aquinas Lectures — "Finding the Joy" of living in the moment, Sunday, Jan. 30 at 2 p.m. at Saint Catherine of Siena Parish and Newman Center, 170 University St., Salt Lake City. Monday, Jan. 31, at noon is "Stress: How to deal with it before it deals with you." This will be held in the University of Utah, Union Building, Panorama East room. Both lectures will be given by Sister Anne Bryan Smollin. She has a doctoral degree in counseling psychology with many years of experience as a therapist, group facilitator, lecturer and consultant. Bilingual SCAP service at Saint Paul Mission — The SCAP service will be held on the second, third and fifth Sundays at Saint Paul Mission in Hurricane with Deacon Tellez presiding. Masses will be held the second and third Sundays of the month.
