SALT LAKE CITY — Paul L. "Pablo" Gardunio, 54, died July 24. Gardunio was born Oct. 4, 1952, in Salt Lake City to Alias and Clara Martinez Gardunio. He attended South High School and Judge Memorial Catholic High School. He received an Associate Degree from Salt Lake Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Utah. He married Maria Garcia March 24, 1985, in Williamsport, Penn. He was a general sales manager in the auto industry. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Maria; six children, Antonio J. (Liz) Gardunio, Rachel Carrillo, Jesus (Tasha) Vigil, Destiny (Daniel) Ruiz, Paul L. Gardunio Jr, and Alexis Gardunio; sisters, Linda (Tony) Macedo, Darlene (Joe) Tilt, Cathy (Mick) Garbett; brother, Michael (Angie) Gardunio; and 11 grandchildren. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Committal was in Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
