Our beloved Justin passed away on September 9, 2022, at the age of 34, after a long battle with addiction. He was born at St. Francis Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Maurice De Lage, Jr. and Michelle Tanga.  

As a child, most of his life was spent in Utah and Colorado.  He was a student at Hillcrest High School, a Boy Scout, a football player and always a Raiders’ fan. Justin always wanted to make people laugh. He loved snowboarding on the high peaks, motorcycling, camping, boating, horseshoes and family games. He was a free spirit who loved to live on the wild side and was an adventurous daredevil.

Justin is survived by his stepfather Rick Tanga, mother Michelle Tanga, sister Desiree Lloyd (Seth), sister Tiffani Nielsen (Bryce), brother Timothy Tanga, girlfriend April Keeley, Colorado grandfather Maurice De Lage Sr., Utah grandparents Nick and Jan Tanga. Also, his aunts and uncles Mike Anselmo (Brenda), Melanie Taylor, Marcie Budhoff (Ben), Brian Taylor (Amy), Alice Hall (Richard), Terri Lee and Rita Howlett; and many cousins, nephews, family members and friends who all deeply cared for him and loved him dearly.

The family had a beautiful private funeral on September 17, 2022. In lieu of gifts or flowers, please make a donation to a Renaissance Ranch Addiction Treatment Center or Red Barn Recovery.
