The women of St. Anthony Council of Catholic Women celebrated Council Sunday on Oct. 16 with a display at the back of the church showing pictures of the organization’s activities. The display was moved downstairs during coffee and donuts after Mass. In addition, all women and girls who attended Mass that day were presented with a blue ribbon to pin on their attire. Miraculous medals were available for each woman. Women were asked to join the council, and each was handed a card detailing the dates of the meetings.
