Colleen Marie Doherty

October 9, 1957 ~ July 26, 2021

Colleen Marie Doherty, age 63, passed away on July 26, 2021 at home due to cancer.  She was born on October 9, 1957 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota to Mary Evelyn Ament and John Joseph Doherty.

Colleen lived in Salt Lake City since 1963. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics along with an MBA with post-graduate certifications in ITIL, PMP and Conflict Resolution. Her most current role was information security management with Teleperformance. Colleen loved travel and outdoor living. Her passion for animals led her to start a pet-sitting business, Pets N’Us Tenders. As a devout Catholic, she was actively involved as a member of the congregation at St. Jude Maronite Parish.

Survived by her brothers Mark and Kirk. Preceded in death by her mother and father.

A funeral Mass was celebrated August 2 at St. Jude Maronite Catholic Church, followed by a graveside service at Murray City Cemetery under the care of Neil O’Donnell Funeral Home.
