Holiday Survival Guide for Women — Saturday, Nov. 1, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at San Andres Catholic Church, 315 East 100 North, Payson. The seminar will  help you learn ways to protect your family from winter illness, manage all of the holiday snacking, find time for fitness, find inexpensive ways to share joy and overcome the stress of unrealistic expectations. Cost is $25 in advance or $30 at the door; includes lunch and outline. 

Juan Diego CHS “Light As Air” — Sunday, Nov. 2, 6 p.m. at Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center, 138 West 300 South, SLC. The Juan Diego Dance Company perform in a benefit concert along side Ballet West, Ririe-Woodbury, BBoy Federation, Underground Dance, Park City Dance Academy and others to raise awareness for Clean Air efforts.

CCS Humanitarian Awards Dinner — Thursday, Nov. 6, 6-9 p.m. at the Little America Hotel, 500 S. Main St., SLC. This year’s honorees are Jon and Mary Kaye Huntsman, Elder L.
